    Once you have paid there are no refunds available since the services are immediately rendered. Under no circumstances can a refund be issued after a client’s credit card has been processed since they will immediately receive their business listing upgraded account. The services offered take place in a digital format, on an online platform, and therefore are unreturnable. Please be diligent in selecting the plan that best fits your needs. When a customer purchases a business listing subscription, the customer acknowledges and agrees that this is based on a recurring payment, and that payments shall be made to SuboxoneDoctor.com by the method selected by customer at the recurring intervals until the subscription for business listings is terminated by customer. The customer is fully responsible for keeping track of their billing cycle date and subscription. Under no circumstances is forgetting your subscription is active an acceptable reason to request a refund. Business listings will be renewed automatically at the end of a subscription term for a subsequent subscription term of equal length at the initial agreed upon rates. Suboxonedoctor.com is not responsible for notifying a customer of this automated renewal. The applicable fees will be charged to the payment method on file unless otherwise notified of a cancellation through your log-in dashboard or by emailing Billing@suboxonedoctor.com. For immediate cancelation of service, it is suggested to use the automated features on your login dashboard. When canceling an account by email please be sure to include all the accounts info such as username, address, and current subscription plan to allow for expedited service. Requests to cancel made via email or telephone may take 3-4 business days to process. If an additional billing cycle is incurred during this time period the user will be responsible for the charges. Upon requesting the cancellation of a subscription, the customer will receive the benefits up the upgraded listing plan for the remainder of the time they have paid for it. Once that time has expired, unless otherwise requested by the customer, the customer’s account will revert to the features of a free listing. Sales for all services are final, so please consider carefully before executing a purchase of a service. Suboxonedoctor.com makes no specific guarantee or warranty regarding the effectiveness of your directory listings including any specific results. Due to the competitive nature of the industry in certain geographical locations, under no circumstances would lack of performance be an acceptable reason for a refund. Suboxonedoctor.com does not warrant that the performance will be error-free but will immediately act to correct errors once they have been identified. Please notify us immediately at Billing@suboxonedoctor.com should you have an issue that causes dissatisfaction. If this refund policy is in any way unclear you should contact Billing@suboxonedoctor.com with any questions before signing up for a paid subscription.
